All custom orders/products are non-refundable/returnable unless it is our error. Our custom products are made to the specifications of the customer. Please be mindful that once the product is completed, no more changes can be made. Since the product is custom made specifically for the customer, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless we made the error. Each piece is precisely magnetized and hand glue to a specific measurements to comply with customers desire.
